Tracy Morgan Shares Major Update From Hospital Bed On His Condition After Vomiting Profusely Courtside At Heat-Knicks Game
Beloved actor and comedian Tracy Morgan is in good spirits and doing just fine after being wheelchaired out of Madison Square Garden during the New York Knicks-Miami Heat game in a concerning scene on Monday night.
Last night, fans at the Knicks-Heat game shared concerning photos and videos of Tracy Morgan puking heavily at his courtside seat. Another fan in attendance claimed that Morgan was bleeding from the nose and struggled to stand up before officials took him away in a wheelchair.
There was no immediate update on Morgan’s condition, but the 56-year-old broke his silence in an Instagram post on Tuesday morning. It turns out that Morgan has food poisoning, but he’s done fine and even made humor out of his puking episode:
“Thank you for all your concern! I’m doing ok now and doctors say it was food poisoning. Appreciate my MSG family for taking such good care of me and I need to shout out the crew that had to clean that up. Appreciate you!
More importantly, the Knicks are now 1-0 when I throw up on the court so maybe I’ll have to break it out again in the playoffs.”
The Knicks went on to defeat their longtime conference rivals by a final score of 116-95, with Mikal Bridges (28 points, three assists) and Karl-Anthony Towns (23 points, seven rebounds, three assists) leading the way.
Morgan is a well-known Knicks superfan who frequently attends games at MSG. Tom Thibodeau’s group is sitting comfortably at 43-24, with the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference essentially locked up.
And you can bet that Morgan, along with fellow Knicks celebrity superfan Spike Lee, will be there to cheer on the Knicks in the postseason.
